You are responsible for maintaining the security of your BD Win account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your OTP codes with anyone, and logging out of the platform when using a shared or public device.
BD Win uses two-factor authentication (2FA) and OTP verification for withdrawals. These security measures are in place to protect your funds. You should never share an OTP code with anyone — BD Win support staff will never ask you for your OTP.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact BD Win support immediately. BD Win will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.
BD Win is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or failing to maintain account security, provided that BD Win's own systems were not compromised.
BD Win accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile money services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees on the BD Win platform.

BD Win reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.
Withdrawals at BD Win are processed to the same mobile money account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.
BD Win reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional verification is required. In such cases, the support team will contact you directly with the information needed to complete the process.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw to an account not registered in your name will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the account being reviewed.
BD Win offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
General bonus conditions that apply to all BD Win promotions:
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Aviator and Money Wheel contribute 100% toward clearing a bonus. Poker contributes 20%. Golden Leopard and Jackpot Bingo contribute 80%. Badminton sports bets contribute 50% provided the odds are 1.5 or higher.
If you prefer to play without bonus restrictions, you can opt out of any bonus before it is credited by contacting support before making your deposit.
Each game on BD Win operates according to its own set of rules, which are published on the Game Information page. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game.
For Badminton sports betting, bets are settled based on the official result of the match as reported by the governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond 24 hours, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the BD Win platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
BD Win actively monitors for suspicious activity. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, withdrawals may be held until the review is complete.
BD Win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the Terms have been violated or that the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include:
If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding verification is completed.
You may also close your own account at any time by contacting BD Win support. If you close your account voluntarily, your balance will be returned within 3 business days.
